Could be hormonal, but try washing your face well twice a day. If that does not work then go to a doctor and get them to prescribe you some anti-biotics which clear up acne very quickly.
Also, bad acne can be caused by a lack of enzymes in the digestive tract.
I suggest you take papaya enzymes and eat greek yogurt.
That should get everything nice and regular....
When I first got acne, I was told 1. that I was eating allot of greasy food. That was pure bullshit, greasy food is disgusting.... 2. that I needed to wash my face till it hurt. Why would I have to do that?! & 3. this strange belief that bared its resemblance to the Hydra, that if I picked my acne more would sprout up and I'd be scarred for life! I still have some acne hear and there, but my face was scarred....
People are so strange!
Depends on your school of thought.
Some may argue "If you catch a cold, getting a runny nose is normal."
some would argue "Sickness is not the normal state of the body."
Acne is thankfully usually less severe than a cold or flu. (I've got some on my face and shoulders.) But it varies.
i have it bad from drinking alot of pop and it gets worst in the heat and sun and when i wear flees if i could just drink more water it would help but i don't give a fuck about my looks
Make sure you wash your face with a hypoallergenic cleanser twice a day so that it keeps your pores from clogging. At least that what my dermatologist tells me, I also take minocycline which has helped stop the breakouts. Just make sure not to pick your acne like me sometimes it’s hard to resist.
Yehh I've had bad acne since i was 10, i've always 'washed my face twice a day', i've tried different cleansers, antibiotics, and it's actually gotten worse, because now i have 'Cystic Acne' which is the most severe kind and it hurts like fuck and scarring is inevitable, thank god i know how to cover it up with makeup!
But I'm going to try Accutane soon, bloody hope it works!
What worked for me was going vegan for a while. I stopped eating all animal products, thus eliminating the excess hormones we get in milk and eggs. Within 2 weeks, my face was looking lovely. Now, a year later, I have slipped off the vegan bandwagon, and my forehead and back are telling on me. Time to go vegan again!
I get a little bit around my mouth/chin. But its notbad at all. I think its from me touching my face too much out of nervous habbit.
Don't worry, it is normal, just wash your face morning and night and they will dissapear.
You poor thing. I can give you tips on it f you like! And depending on what age you are it can be a yes/no normal thing. If you're a teenager then it's normal. If you're any older like 15 and up that's different. You can respond if you want me t o give you tips or anything..?
I mostly have/had it on my back/chest and of course, Masochistic me just had to pick it until it left "spots" on my body.
