When I touch my balls I can feel a small little tiny ball in my left balls.. You can't see it you can only feel it.. Is it normal And do you think it's cancer

    I can't remember the name for it, but some men get benign growths there and it doesn't matter

    On the other hand, it could be testicle cancer and if I were you, I wouldn't bet my health on the chance of the former. See a doctor.
