Is it normal to have a tingling sensation before sweating?

If I think or do something embarrassing (or sometimes just regularly heating up) I'll get a strong tingling sensation (similar to ASMR, which I get 24/7, but quicker and more electrical) and then my whole body is damp. I never really thought about it before because I took the feeling as "my sweat glands opening" but I was wondering if other people felt it too.

I sweat a lot anyway... even when it's cold (inside or outside.)

Yeah, me too. It happens, like you said, when the body gets hot and feels just like all the little pores all over your body opening up and letting the cool outside air in. Very tingly, not unpleasant, sometimes even extremely refreshing especially during exercise. Am I getting you right?

    • Yep, that's exactly it. I guess it's not completely crazy then.. ehehehe.
