I had a threesome with my boyfriend and his best friend (who happens to be my best friends ex)i feel sorta bad about doing it, I feel sorta slutty. my question is, are threesomes normal or should I feel this way about it?

Slutty is a kinda shitty word anyway, why should anyone feel bad for enjoying sex? You're supposed to. It's like Ice cream. Some people always get the same thing, some people like to try lots of different flavors. ;P
Totally normal to feel this way. Most people enjoy the threesome as a fantasy but the reality is infinitely more complicated. I had a threesome with two guys and felt the same as you except worse, and as a matter of fact I don't know anyone who has had a threesome who doesn't feel some negativity surrounding it (including two male friends who have had MFF threesomes). Porn isn't real life, it is misleading and alot of things which are fun in fantasy (or even at the time) can feel awful afterwards. I'd put it down to experience and move on.
A fantasy of a three-some is very normal. Bringing it to reality can sometimes have unintended consequences. That being said, what is done is done. The only thing you can do now is move on. It is interesting that your feelings center more on how you view yourself now, but not necessarily that you regret having done it.
If you feel bad about what you did, do you really need someone to tell you "it's normal" or "it's not normal"?
YOU already know if this is right or wrong for you - you already said you felt bad, so that's pretty much your clue right there.
I don't see any problem with it in general but the words "best friend's ex" made me wince.
