Is it normal to have a spot on my hand for a month

So about a month ago I noticed I had what looked like a flea bite or a spot on the back of my hand, and it's STILL there. Anyone know if I should be worried?

    If you are that concerned, ask your doctor. Since none of us can see it, or provide you with proper medical advice because we can't see it, go to your doc.

    If you're really that concerned, obviously, go to a doctor.

    But if it doesn't hurt/itch or change in size/color, I wouldn't worry about it.
