Well, not that long ago I got my period and it was shorter than what i've usually had.
It's kind of been a stressful week for me that may be a reason, and I've never had sex with anyone or sexual intercorse with anyone. Somebody help?

I only have my period every three months and then its four days.
All my friends think its really strange.
It's probally nothing major.
oh.....well honestly i think this is something that you should talk to your mum about. you would be surprised how much your mum can help you with little things like this. but if you are too embarrassed to talk to your mum about it, here is my advice. it doesnt have anything to do with junk food, but stress can make your period irregular. if it is irregular too often though then it would be a good idea to talk to your mum and get her to take you to the doctor to get some tests done.

It's probably because you may of ate some junk food for the past few days before your period?
And the stress is obviously a thing that would make your period late. Hope that helped you
