Is it normal to have a receeding hair-line...

I am just turning 19 and, as you can see above, I have a receeding hair line. It has slowly been getting worse over the past 12-18 months. It has been “moving back“ from my side-parting to my “crown“... Is this normal or should I consult a doctor/hair specialist about it?
Additional: I have been using an skin cream containing benzoyl peroxide, I don‘t know if this info might help at all...

You should have consulted a doctor as soon as you noticed! I know other boys your age who this has happened too. Some decided to go with the bald look & it worked for them. If that's not an option, there are always wigs & hair transplants.
