Is it normal to have a permanent "pimple" on your head?

I have this little thing on my head the size and shape of a pimple. It usually has a scab on it. It hurts a bit if I press on it.

I'm beginning to wonder if there's something embedded in my scalp! Like a tiny object or maybe even some kind of bug!

It has been there for at least 15 years.

    That sounds like a cyst or an abscess. You should definitely let a dermatologist check it. I have met people that had similar things. It is not something dangerous by itself... but it could be a symptom of a more serious decease

      I doubt very much that it's a symptom of a more serious dizeez (it's been there for 15 years), but yes, a dermatologist's opionion would be good.
