Is it normal to have a period that's lasts 2 days?

Ok I'm seriously NOT complaining but... In the last 6 months or so my period only lasts 2 days at the most.

I've been on birth control for 3 years and I have never had any problems but as soon as I go onto my sugar pills, logically that's when your supposed to ht your period.... Right???? I used to get it the Sunday that my sugar pills started and every month it gets delayed by a day. And then only lasts 2 days. Is this normal, if not what should I do

    Mine is normally only two or three days but if you are worried then contact your doctor.

    my pills are all blue and the last week on the pack is three blue, two white and two brown, my period always starts when i take the last two pills which are the brown pills and only lasts two days, then stops when i take the blue pills again. normal (:

    I don't take pills but my period's fluxing too. Some days the cycle spans up to three months, some times the mens last up to ten days, other times it's just, kinda' like you, only a two-day issue.

    Ask a specialist doctor, no further questions.

    I've had similar issues. Even went thru a time when my period didn't start till I was a day or two into my new pill pack (some months i wouldn't get my period at all). My OB/GYN said it's pretty normal, but if it was bugging me to go off the pill till my next 'normal' period came then do a day one start to the new pack. I did what she said and thing have gotten back to normal.
    If you're thinking about doing what i did you should check in with your doctor before stoping your pill (you will need to use condoms/whatnot if you're sexually active) cause there maybe something in your med history that will need to be taken into account.

    Mine has always been a little slower to start once I hit the sugar pills. Now that I am on the four periods a year it sometimes does only last two days when I get it. If you think something is wrong though you should ask your doctor. Only you understand your body.

    I would suggest talking to your doctor. I am on birth control as well and my period only lasts 2 days

    The pill can do that so I would say normal but if your worried ask your doc.
