Is it normal to have a lump in my right nipple?

I have this weird lump in my right nipple i first discoverd it when i hit my chest against the wall because i tripped and felt it hurt there i have had it for a week now and it got a little bigger and hurts a little more i read it could be puberty, breast cancer, tumor, im just wicked scared it might be a tumor or worse....so is it normal and what do you think it most likely is? im 12 by the way so i was thinking most likely puberty then it grew....

OP is a guy. Reading your description, I imagined a girl. I think you will be fine though.

Typically breast cancer knots aren't painful or so I've been told by dr.

It is probably hormones or fibrocystic tissue which is common in many women/females and can cause lumps that are painful (especially near menstrual cycle times and if you drink a lot of caffeine it can cause more discomfort). You can always go to dr and get mammogram to be safe and ease your worries.

Puberty. It will go away. Tumor is extremely unlikely at your age; do not fret. :)

No worries, it sounds like a little welt. Your boobs are sensitive your nipples are even more sensitive. It's time you stop running into walls.
