I've had this crush since I was in 7th grade orso.
It's been 5 years and this crush evolved from liking to wanting to be with this someone real bad.
Even though, there had been times I was not aware of my own feelings,the day I realized it,I never stopped dreaming about her and even now she casually intrudes my dreams.

I know that she can be a bitch and I'm a loser and we don't belong together,there is no future for us but my heart still skips a beat when I see her

Am I the only insane person ?

    I lived through a story very much like yours... it turned out she also was atracted to me, but still it didn't work out, by the time we gave it a chance I was so obseced with the idea of being with her as a complete hapiness of life, that she just ended up tired of me...

    My advise is to stop obsesing about the idea, it's completly normal to have a crush for a long time and everything, just try to be yourself and don't let your mental obsesions control you.

    I think it's totally normal. I literally had the same exact situation with my ex (guy) best friend. It took me forever to get over him and I still think about whether or not he's still the same guy that I "fell in love with" in middle school. I also have to admit that my heart still sometimes skips a beat and I always hope to look good when I see him. :)

    You will be very surprised when you turn 30 and look back on everyone you have ever liked. If you draw up a spreadsheet and quantify in percent form what percent each person "completed" you...

    You might right now think that this person is at 100% or close to it.. but in truth, if you're honest... by the time you are 30, they will be lucky if they rank even 80%.

    The reason for this is that the older we get, the wiser we get. About ourselves, our needs, about others, and how they connect with us.

    Every year that passes your feelings will grow stronger, and also you will connect to people that "fit" even better.

    Don't stress about it... be thankful that you have the ability to FEEL so strongly, and be confident that you will find people that "work" even better.
