Is it normal to have a little bump on your penis when its erect??

Is this ok or should i see a doctor, because whenever i get a boner i have this weird little bump along the middle. My health teacher said "if its not as smooth as a marble down there then it could be a sign of cancer." should i be worried??

    i have herd something like that, but its just a thing where the penis is formed wierd, but without seeing it, i dont think anyone can be sure, so best thing to do is to go see a doctor like everyone else is saying

    It sounds like its a papule. Some people get those (including a well hung porn star named I think castro (he works for the bang brothers network anyway, the skinny mocha dude)) Cancer would most likely be present whether you were hard or not. And I've quite honestly never heard of penis cancer. Testicles yes, but superficial penile-cancer...maybe. If it doesnt seem like a penis papule, then go talk to your doctor.

    If you're worried ask the doctor.

    Also... consider your own sexual activity and what risks you've taken. Or rather... ask yourself how likely it is to be genital warts (HPV).

    (I mention this because HPV can be cancerous)
