I don't actually have this fetish (surprise!), but I've heard that some people will actually watch "porn" that is basically just people in wheelchairs or on crutches struggling up a flight of stairs.

Now, I'm confused. Are these people heartless sadists, or are they just SO compassionate that they have sexualized the thought of helping someone less fortunate? If it's the latter, I could almost get behind it.

Thoughts? Do you have this fetish or something similar?

    It's a desire for someone helpless, it's not a healthy fetish.

    People can't help what they find attractive.

    It's not a conscious choice, or a decision to sexualise something. It's often not a RATIONAL thought process that can be unpicked or reversed.

    You might find some fetishes or sexual orientations bizarre and disturbing, but you should always remind yourself that the person is in no position to change how they feel. The only thing they are responsible for is how they act upon (or don't act upon) their desires.

    That is pretty sick. Probably true, but the people that would do this are not anyone that I would want to even know about. Let them exist in their confused world of deviated sex. They deserve what they view for themselves.
