All things being equal, men are biologically wired to go for women who seem the most fertility. Fertility decreases with age. Therefore, it's normal that you'd have a crush on her.

Assuming she was mature and all that is. I'm 22 and I don't even like most of the girls my age. Most are into partying and the like. The fact that you're 30 and she's 14 years younger makes me wonder how much you'll actually have in common. You might be at the stage of your life where you want to settle down and she might want to go to college, where she'll likely end up getting invited to all kinda of wild drunken parties.

But that's just my wild speculations. I really have no idea what you or this girl are like. She might be a lot different than the other girls her age.

Love knows no bounds, it may be a bit strange but there isn't anything you can do about it. Although i think you should wait for a couple years to ask her out because it could give her the creeps.

Although I generally would stick with the golden dating under rule, (Take your age and divide it by two, and then add 7. This number is the lowest generally socially acceptable age to go for.) it is what you feel comfortable with and what she feels comfortable with. If you guys really like each other then age should not matter,plus you are both adults so it would not be a legal issue.
