Is it normal to have a "hole" on the shaft of my penis?

Towards the top half of my penis shaft, when i pull it back tightly, there is a small "hole". It's kind of like one layer of skin is missing in that area, it's not a deep hole or anything. I have had this for about a year now, and I'm circumsized. Any help would be appreciated, I really want to avoid seeing a doctor.

    Those are called penis spores. You should get that surgically filled or it may start leaking urine!

    ...no I'm kidding. It's probably genetically inherited. Ask your mom if you dad had it on his shaft. (mainly cause yor dad probably won't tell you, and who knows your dad's penis better than you mom huh? Probably your grandma, Bhutan don't think about that too much.
