I was picking up something off the floor and I hit my head fairly hard on the counter top (the back of my head only) and now I have a headache. It's not so bad, but it's there and I never get headaches.
Is it normal to get a headache? I can feel my heart beat in my head and when I touch my head, it hurts.
Is this normal or do I have a tumor?
Mate hitting your head on anything is not a good idea, I dont normally get head aches when I whack my head into something but most people I know do, Totally normal mate(though I dont thing smashing your head is a good idea :D).
Well no shit. You hit your head on the counter! Of course your going to get a headache after that. This is like asking "I touched the stove when it was hot and it burned my hand. Is it normal"?
I seriously doubt you have a tumor! I would suggest seeing a doctor fairly soon about it, though. You never know what the damage could be from hitting your head on the counter.
Definetly go see a doctor, and maybe a chiropractor. Hitting the back of your head like that can mess up your neck and back really bad.
Dammit, you do not have a tumor. You may have a concussion. If it just happened, have someone check the dilation of your eyes. See a doctor just to be sure.
