Insanely common and normal, just not widely accepted. I'm sure plenty of girls would like their feet rubbed but for getting them licked, that would be where the line is drawn unless they are that open minded. Just don't tell any of your friends unless you KNOW they won't judge you or shared some embarrassing secret of their own because it won't go well if they didn't. People go "I just don't understand, feet are the last thing on my mind when thinking about girls" which is understandable but if you don't already like feet then its useless to try to understand, you can't.
