Is it normal to have a fleshy mole on the base of your penis?

Ive had a little fleshy mole on the side of my penis. At the base. I first noticed it somewhere in the 90’s. Its gotten slightly bigger. Girls dont seem to mind it. Inly prostitutes dont like it for some reason. As funny and weird as that sounds its true.

I havent asked any doctor or nurse to check it out as my penis isnt the largest.

    It's stupid to let embarrassment stop you from getting this checked out. Medical professionals see all shapes and sizes of penises, and it's highly unlikely that yours will be the smallest they've ever encountered.     So you may or may not have some sort of skin cancer growing there and you won't see a doctor? They're not going to give a shit about your size. Go get that checked out.
