ever since i was little i've always had a flat-soled boot fetish. this fetish sometimes goes into the realm of cartoons too like with superheroes. is this normal?

    I would say so seeing as it would appear any female between the age of 5 and 25 are obsessed with them talking about "Uggs" of course. Heck i've even seen a guy wearing some.

    Superhero's have always really nice shoes:) I like the kind that spiderman wore, but would those even be considered "boots"?

    This is very normal. There's a blog dedicated to shoes/boots. You might be able to find something you like:)
