Is it normal to have a fetish to shirts being tucked in

Lately I have found my self to be attracted to people that have shirts tucked into their pants. It doesn't have to be a guy, I think it's really hot to see a girl with a shirt tucked in. But part of me also find itself attracted to men who tucked in shirts. I do not know if this makes me a bi sexual. Does it?
