Is it normal to have a fat roll just above my butt crack

i am 22 year old lady, American size 15 and this fat roll just above my butt crack is just so uncomfortable. it shows like a small breast above my buttocks when i wear tight dresses or high waist skirts . so i have to wear jeans and long tops to cover it. is it normal ?

    Everyone carries extra weight in different places; your place just happens to be a butt-roll. It's not abnormal, and plenty of other people have them. I had a butt bump too at one point. When I got into yoga and shed weight all over, that part was the first to go.

    Nothing can spot-reduce weight, but yoga -- and walking, lifting weights, swimming and anything else you might find fun -- can get you in better shape overall, and that'll diminish any lumps and bumps, including "nature's bustle."

    Not that I'm saying you need to lose weight, by the way. Any size is a good size if you're healthy and active. Yoga's a really good choice for that. :)

      You have to singe it lightly with an acetylene torch, then turn over and do the same to the other side. Now you're thinking with portals.
