Is it normal to have a fantasy world in my head?

I have a fantasy world in my head. Its like a movie. There are no magical beings and ceatures, its logical. However I don't feel like I am in control of it. My brain gets an idea for it and I go along with it. Like the building I live in(in my fantasy world), I didn't plan out the head-blueprints. I just FELT like it was the thing to do. It also revolves around things I like. Its like a sims game or something. But I'm watching it, amd not 100% in control of it. Things change from gut feelings or something. I don't really know how to explain it.

As long as you’re aware that it’s a fantasy, it’s not a bad thing, but are you productive?

I HAVE EXACTLY THE SAME THING! I have fantasies so intense and vivid I have to write them down afterwards. I have written many stories and built upon the world, the characters, etc.

My subconscious writes music in my dreams about half an hour before I wake up. When, I wake up there is a song going in my mind that I have never heard before, and I know the chords for it. Usually, it's gone in about 15 minutes.

When I'm writing and the characters are sufficiently developed in my mind, the situation is set up correctly to move the story along, and I've reached a "flow" frame of mind, the dialogue writes itself. I don't "hear" the characters as literal voices in my head, but I don't have to ponder what they'd say. I think this is pretty common for fiction writers.

And, of course, in order to tell a story, it has to be set _somewhere_. That requires at least a little bit of world-creation, so all fiction writers do that too, even if it's limited to just a few imaginary settings in real places.

Being able to clearly visualise a created world and its contents and people can be very useful. Google "memory palace" for one practical application that's been used for a very long time.

Are you an artist/did you stopped doing some kind of arts(modeling, drawing, painting etc..)?

    what happened to me is,
" I used to draw and paint upto an age of 18/19, then I stopped it for different reasons. then the imaginations in my brain is overloading, for many awkward reasons I began to hate this reality and started a new life at my fantasy, imaginary, beautiful world. (sometimes it still glitches a lot) "
now I'm trying to re-enter this reality, but it is the hardest thing (now)...
