Is it normal to have a dream like this?

I've had a lot of odd dreams in the past, but none quite like this.
From the start of the dream, I was running from many people who I figured were following me. For a short moment in the dream, I gained some control over myself, so I just decided to run faster. I managed to outrun everyone, expect for one guy behind me, though I can't even say he was following me. After running for a little while longer, I entered a boathouse thing that had appeared.
Somehow, I quickly sat myself on a shelf. The guy that was behind me entered, and I could immediately identify him as the owner of the boathouse, with a whole captain's suit and fisherman beard.
I asked him for help, and he immediately assumed I was a runaway. So, he took me to get clothes, food, and supplies I could take with me.
When we got back, I hugged him in thanks. At that point, I could read both of our minds. I myself felt a sexual urge, and he did, too. However, he kind of felt bad about his. Still, as far as he knew, he'd sexually used me, even though I was fine with it myself.
I woke up after this point. Is it normal to have a dream like this, and what could it mean? I do have a fear of being followed, and I recently was almost in a dangerous situation outside with a suspicious man at night. Thank you in advance.
