Is it normal to have a dream about your boyfriend like this

The "scene": I haven't seen my boyfriend in years, living our lives separately but coming together again. For unknown reasons we need to face his parents together, who he also hasn't seen in a few years. When I see him, though, he's wearing black underwear and a black vest. (Explicit warning), and his penis has been cut off and reattached to the bottom of his sternum. He demonstrates that, yes, he can in fact still pee through it because of... science. I don't know. In my brain it is assumed knowledge that he now also has a vagina. We hold hands and walk into the next room to talk to his parents.

Reality: My boyfriend is for all intents and purposes a cis-male. He lives in the same town as his parents and 3 hours from me. We see each other every couple weeks and have a good relationship. (We are 22 and 24.)

Just... it's been one of those "stick with you dreams" for me all day.
