Is it normal to have a double?
I know people can say you look like someone they met before but have you ever had to argue the point? Like "but I've never even been to Spain" etc?

ALL the time. People are always seeing me in places I haven't been. Random strangers talk to me, thinking I'm someone else. One of my doubles has the same name as me because someone referred to me by name. Either that or I'm insane.
"I saw you cheating with that other girl last night! You're a beep beeeeeeeeeeep beeeeeeeee eeeeeeppp!!!!!!"
"But I was in the hospital for the last two weeks.. do you not see my arm has been cut off?"
"oh.."
I don't think I ever had to argue about it. I just said "no, it wasn't me" and they would just say how he would look like me or something like it.
Gah! I just wish guys like Thomas Dekker, Gerard Way, Chris Trousdale, a 90's Leonardo DiCaprio had doubles. Life would be beautiful then. Mmm...then they'd all make out with each other...life would be perfect!
My own mother mistook some girl getting her nails done at the nail salon for being me. She wore similar clothes on to what I usually wear too. The only difference is, her hair was dyed blonde and mine is brunette. The girl had a brown hairline though... so maybe... she was my secret... twin... =0
dun dun dunnnnn!
but yeah its normal, genetics can be repeated, and only so many people can look different
My double is studying at my school...I've seen her before (once). People I know, who saw her too, told me the girl looked exactly like me. Personally I don't really see that much resemblance, but what the hell.
Just nod and smile, and hope you'll never see Them again. Thats what i do
It used to happen a lot to me but I just played along rather than make the person feel silly.
