He is about twenty years older than me and a full foot shorter. For some reason I think he's amazingly handsome and adorable... Is it normal?

    Normal. My band teacher and my biology teacher. One was gay and the other was like 40 years older than me. It was because I thought they were so smart and talented and because I knew they actually cared about their students and their profession. It made them oddly attractive.
    To be honest though, the teacher that was so much older than me--that was more like a fatherly figure.

    I have a MASSIVE crush on my band teacher too!! But he's like 26 and I'm 14... How I wish he was my boyfriend. He is so sexy!
