Im legal age and I recently just noticed this happening. I don't know if I'm infatuated by him or something else, and I know he knows. We communicate on text and we keep it casual . But I don't know if this should keep continuing .. Need some respectfully advice.
If you're significantly younger than he is, I would suggest keeping your relationship professional. I think you'll be happier finding someone closer to your age so you two can learn and grow together. That's just my opinion though, I don't know enough about the two of you to really form a good answer.

I know where you are coming from. If you are having doubts as to if you should keep communicating, then I would air on the side on no. Or you could separate your emotions and just look at the facts:
Why am I texting him?
Will this go anywhere?
Do I want this to go anywhere?
Is it even a good idea?
What am I risking/gaining?
Don't forget there are a ton of people out there!! All in all, it's up to you. You know more about the situation than any of us on IIN
