I am madly in love with my best friend. She's been my frien for the past few years. I married a guy she worked with for years me and him had known each other since we were kids but I haven't known her that long. She's really nice she's always there for me when I need her. If I have a daughter someday I'll name her after her. She's so beautiful and perfect even her name is beautiful. I'm not a lesbian but I kind of have a little crush on her I'm starting to have feelings for her I don't know how to tell her. She's really nice I don't know if she'll care about it but I don't know how my husband or son will feel. Our sons not even a year old yet. Me and my husband would have been married for a year next week. I get a funny feeling in me whenever I'm around her or when I see her. Is it normal to have a crush on her ? How do I tell her ?

    Whether or not it's normal is not as big an issue as the fact that you're married! Keep your feelings to yourself unless you want to either lose your friendship, or lose your marriage. It's not necessary to act on every impulse you have; don't be impulsive.

    So which is it? Madly in love or kind of a little crush on her? Either is normal.

    You are a woman who's obviously in love with another woman, so you're definitely 100% straight and normal. I don't think your son will care about it but your husband might if this goes further than a friendship, so you'd better be sure she's worth it.
