Is it normal to have a constant loose tooth?

I am 19, and for about 4-5 years, I've had one tooth on the bottom row that gets loose.. Either when I'm nervous or sick or just plain bored.. I play with it with my tongue, and it just wiggles.. It can get to the point that it make my entire jaw hurt, but yet I can't stop.. If I let it go for a while, it'll go back to being stable.. But if I mess with it a little, it's like being 7 years old again loosing a tooth.. But it won't come out.. It's an adult tooth, so it really shouldn't be loose...
Is this normal??

I agree, you'd be better off visiting the dentist. It could be that is it not aligned properly in your gum and is being interfered with by the roots of other teeth or something like that.

If you leave it, you risk losing your tooth eventually.

Hm... Perhaps, you should ask a dentist?
