    Unless the birthmark changes shape, size or texture - it's pretty normal. If it does any of the former go see a dermatologist or a GP.

    I've got one on my inner thigh. It is close to my crotch. I guess it is normal however, I remember being told either by doctors or family that it was a sign for a health condition. I'm sure you've seen doctors that have seen your penis. If it was the sign of something, they probably would have told you.

    Well it's not normal, as in common, but I don't see why anyone would have a problem with it. It makes your peen special, like a snowflake.
