Is it normal to have a big glob of mucus/saliva in my mouth everyday

In the morning or afternoon right after whenever I decided to take a dump, there will be this big glob of mucus or saliva (I don't even know exactly what it is) in my throat that I can feel just sitting in the back of my throat. After a few minutes the glob of mucus/saliva gets so big and comes down so far I can feel it against my teeth and tongue and I can't even talk unless I spit it out. Usually I don't even have to spit, I just open my mouth and it all comes out in like two big chunks. After getting that out of my mouth my eyes are always red for a few seconds. I know that sounds wrong but I wonder why do I keep getting this big glob of mucus or saliva in my mouth every day

Make sure it's really mucus and someone isn't violating you in your sleep.

Sounds like acid reflux, Which in turn creates Post Nasal Drip. I have it, and have to spit all the time. U should go to a ENT doctor, and get checked.

It is sinus.I have same issue.its awful.try getting some raw organic Apple cider vinager.you get it from a health store.take one teaspoon 3 times a day.it will be the most foul taste ,sour to the core.try this for atleast 3 days before you give up.this saved me.I spent almost 18 months on meds to clear my sinus.3 days on this it was cured.please read about it first and make sure you don't take it with any meds.hope this helps .

You might have some sinus issue like asthma, bronchitis or ammonia. I would recommend seeing a doctor. I have have Bronchitis myself many times.

              It's pronounced "gummy_jr" not "wank"
