    Why?

    Some teachers do a piss poor job, but most of those who do are burned out. They get tired of constantly dealing with administrative crap, over involved parents, constant shit from kids who don't appreciate the work that they do or the difficulties of their jobs, and basically make their job a living hell by refusing to cooperate. Teaching is HARD. Should people who've lost their passion for it quit? Absolutely, but that's not always feasible.

    Once upon a time, your teachers chose this profession because they cared and wanted to help kids. They probably had that beaten out of them, but maybe cut them a break; they are there to help you.

      I totally agree, but I'll tell you something 90% of my professors are sick and tired of teaching. They all have their tenure and don't do shot to reach us,it's absolutely horrible. But yes some younger teachers and maybe so,e older actually do give a shit

    You shoul probably change schools or drop out and get a job. You're just wasting your time there and taking a spec from someone who wants and needs an education.
