my mom and dad are trying to plan a trip and I had a little bit of a attitude because she wanted me to sleep in the same bed as my little brother I mean I'm 19 and she wants me to sleep with my 13 year old brother that I don't get along with then my dad was helping me with my collage work and I told him that he doesn't explain it good and he like freaked out on me and now they might not let me go on the trip .

should I just stay home or should I go to make them mad

      i get so sick of these little brats on here always bitching about their parents. Maybe mom and dad are not made of money and would like it if this kid could mature enough to share a bed w little bro bcuz they don't want to go through their retirement savings to get an extra room for an ungrateful entitled little brat! I hope they leave him home.

    You're in college, and you can't spell "college?" For a 19-year-old, you're coming off rather immature intellectually and emotionally. Honestly, this looks more like something written by the 13-year-old in the scenario, not the college student.

    Want to be more mature? Make a few sacrifices and compromises without whining. Take the opportunity to mend fences with your little brother; you might like him better if you spent some time with him outside of your usual routines. Look forward to the trip itself regardless of your sleeping arrangements. Thank your parents for offering to take you on a trip; not everyone gets to travel.

    Who really cares where you sleep, anyway? If you go on a vacation, you're supposed to do so much during the day that you fall asleep before your head hits the pillow. Sleeping should be your last concern on a fun trip!
