Is it normal to hate your best friend?

I love my best friend,
but I hate him.

We have nothing in common,
so we fight a lot.

Is normal to hate him, but to not want to not be friends?

I know how you feel. My best friend is probly the most annoying person I know. He's loud, always borrows money and doesn't pay me back, eats all my food, and doesn't know when it's time to leave. If he wasn't my best friend I would hate him soo much.

I think it is important to know how long you have been friends. if you are childhood friends, then you work with him to change things which you might think are annoying about him. People change as they grow up.
if you have only known him for sometime, then maybe he's just a bolster for you till you find some friends you really care about.
Either case I think it is normal to have some dislike, but you can make your choice how you want to continue.

Sounds more like a nuisance than a friend.

    Push him off your bus!
