Is it normal to hate women even though i am a woman myself?

even though i am a woman myself, i find it hard to respect women. only a select few women are funny, such as ellen or tina fey, but all other women who attempt to be funny i just find annoying. i do not think that women are as intelligent as men... yes some men are dumber than some women, but in general i think men are smarter. when i have a women professor i simply can't respect her, where as a man professor would gain my respect automatically because he is my superior. there are of course exemptions to all of what i have said, but in general i think most women are untalented, unintelligent, not funny and have to earn my respect... is this normal? do you have any suggestions as to why i have these opinions?

    Honestly this post is just disrespectful and bashing women, which I do not understand because you are one!! Automatically not respecting someone because of there gender? c'mon....

    You probably wont respect my opinion since i'm female too, but your trashing your own gender... Sure you might know a lot of dumb women out there but do you have to blame that on all of us? And do you even consider yourself smart? Maybe you should change genders you'll be the most sexist man out there. Bring on the hate.

    Bluntly put, each gender has a broad tendency for a different kind of thought. It just so happens that one type is currently favoured over the other, financially and at times socially. This, I think, might be why sexism exists. It's a tentative theory, but still possible.

    To me, your feelings are just a dash too extreme for the "Normal" vote. I'm sorry. Though there is always the possibility of very well-thought-out and organized trolling behind it all...

    Are you serious? YOU ARE A FEMALE! Dont disrespect your own damn gender! NO my dear, this is not normal. MAybe you should seek a counseler. I too hang out with guys more, but i do not dislike my own gender. Men are NOT superior to women! And vise versa. All humans are beautiful, very intelligant creatures. You need serious help.. Dint use your mother as a crutch! same shit happened to me, and i still respect wemon! Grow up and move on in life. holding on to the past and using it as a crutch for the futur is very Wrong..

    I will admit that I do prefer to hang out with guys rather than girls but girls are ok to. Many of my great friends are girls. I will admit that I have a strong hate for pretty girls but I will also admit that, that is only because I feel like I'm terribly ugly and I am insanely jealous of pretty girls. Other then that girls are not stupid...Why on earth would you call your own gender stupid? By talking bad about girls you're basically saying that you're stupid, not funny, untalented and that you wouldn't even like yourself if you weren't you? Pretty strange. :s

    Yes, but my Mom was very abusive so I just distrust all women until they give me a reason not to. I wouldn't call my feelings hatred.

          It would have all made sense if you were the OP. I got mad becuase of the story and said mean things and I tried to feel better by saying the capitalizing comment.. It made me feel better.. I'm immature so it felt like the weight was lifted of being looked down upon. what can I say I have a one track mind, I needed a come back.
