I absolutely HATE it! Ugh it's one of my biggest pet peeves. That's why socks come in matching pairs. So wear the same ones!!!
Yeah, well think about us girls and what we have to go through to find that other matching sock! It's easy for guys, all they wear are black socks so it doesn't matter, but girls-nope, we have to have pink socks, purple socks, socks with elephants, socks with bears, polka dot socks.....and that is why I'm okay with it.
If they're doing it on purpose, yes I understand. But if they had nothing else to wear it should be condoned. You should ask them.
I guess we wouldn't get along then.
If I wear mix-matched socks, it's usually because I lost the other pair or I don't have any other to wear. Some packs are made deliberately like that. I got a pack recently and all the socks were mix-matched. So, it really can't be helped and sometimes having mix-matched can add something interesting to a look:)

Yeah i would say it is normal. Looks abit weird when people wear not matching socks or undies.

The Truth is Out There.
You'd hate me then. I just put on the first 2 socks I grab out of the sock drawer. I never bother with matching pairs. Then again, I'm not exactly the pinnacle of fashion and style to begin with.
