Is it normal to hate when people talk out loud when their reading?

I hate when people are on the computer and they see something and just start reading it out loud! I hate it so much! I mean I'm trying to watch tv and you start reading our loud!
Is this normal

    Me too! I guess some people understand it better that way, but sometimes in class somebody will be whispering something they're reading and it makes it really hard for me to concentrate.

    Some people have a better understanding when they read aloud, it's called being dumb..

    I normally do not read out loud. But if I don't understand what I'm reading, sometimes it helps to hear to understand.
