Is it normal to hate when is it normal users don't title

Ok it bothers me when ppl post things on is it normal and the title doesn't tell u what they r talking about. It will say something like:" is it normal that I do this..." or "is it normal that this happens..."
I don't like it because I don't know what they r asking right off the bat and I tend to skip over those ones more often becuase the title doesn't draw me in. Does anyone else do this?

    i click on them. vote no. then leave a comment saying they're a disgusting freak. regardless of question.

    When I see those I just hover my mouse over it and it shows you like the first 10+ words in the post.

    It is annoying but sometimes the title is really long and doesn't fit too well

    It's really annoying 4 me too cuz I am on my iPhone so I can't hover over them:/
