Is it normal to hate twilight and all the people that "love" it...
I can't help but think they are all freaks getting so worked up about it. I don't even have any real evidence why I hate it so much.

I have read all the twilight books, so I speak from experience. Not only is it insulting to women (and also all of human kind, for that matter), but it's just plain bad writing. There are way too many unnecessary adjectives, there is no plot, and Stephenie Meyer's attempts at foreshadowing are just pathetic. And none of the characters have a personality. Also, none of the actors in the movies can act *cough cough Kristen Stewart w/ her one facial expression cough cough* So yes, it is perfectly normal to dislike twilight. I'd actually be concerned if you didn't.
I don't get what all the hype about is either. It's normal to hate the movie, everyone hates certain things. I hate twilight fans too but not simply because they like the movie but because they only get caught up in the hype because it's the "in thing" to do.
It's funny; when I first heard about the whole Twilight thing, I despised it. Yeah yeah, I haven't read the books or seen the movie but I still know what it is. It's so cringingly babyish, which is why I couldn't help but feel irritated when people my age became obsessed. I grew out of that sort of thing when I was 7. Sorry Twilight lovers, that is just my honest opinion right there. I've got better things to read too.
We will hate alongside our comrades in the strongest storm, in the darkest night, in the hottest desert. We. Are. ANTWI! (Uh, that's "ANti-TWIlight if you didn't get that...)
Hate is a bit of a strong word, I get why you would say you hate the film because it's just a movie. But it is a bit harsh to hate people for liking something...
Some people do go way over the top with being a Twilight fan tho...
Well unlike most of you lol I love the books & movies. Not because of the werewolf vampire thing which I actually think is really stupid. The only reason I like it it's because the love they share the "I'm not going to live with out you thing" bc I've never really seen 2 people love each other like really be in love so & I'm not a person to follow what's "in" I like what I like & that's that. But I'm not a freak like most of the people on tv they show stalking all the cast members which I don't do. I'm normal athletic & pretty popular but thats just my opinion of all the twilight stuff.. Lol
I happen to like Twilight, yet I find myself agreeing with some of your comments, interesting... To answer your question, totally normal, don't worry about it. I am not a Twi-hard, but I enjoy it. Yes, artemis201, Kristen Stewart isn't that great of a Bella and she makes this weird face where she raises one eyebrow and tries to look sexy but fails, yes, I think Robert Pattinson is a good looking dude but I am not gaga over him, and, no, I don't think all the books suck. Some people just don't like it, and it's normal, I get it. It's just not your thing.
Eh, I've read the books and I've seen the first movie and plan to see the second one.
But I also don't get what the huge deal about it is. People like stalk the shit out of the dude who plays Edward.. I think it's weird.
I've never gotten into the whole Twilight thing. Seems like Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, etc... everyone's getting all hyped up over it. Maybe some day I will check it out. But not today.
TOTALLY normal (that is in my opinion) I have ADHD, so whenever a funny thought pops in my head, I just start laughing and often break silence. My family says that I look as if I am hallucinating, but they are used to it.
You have to have good ears but when someone talks about how good they think twilight is, you can hear Jesus sobbing, screams of innocent children, and satan laughing in utter glory.
That's because screaming adolescent girls are irritating. So yes, it's normal.
