Is it normal to hate touching certain fabrics?

Any fabric that clings to the tips of my fingers or makes any sort of noise when I touch it is almost unbearable to touch for me. I have a pair of basketball shorts that I hate to put on just because I hate the feeling of handling them. Does anyone else get this?

Handling snow with my bare hands makes them super sensitive to this when they dry.

YES...completely normal! I cannot stand touching neither wet wool, because of the noise it makes, nor a towel with soggy-in-the-bath-too-long fingers. *cringe*
