Is it normal to hate to hear people chew?

I hate it too and the worst part about it is when my dad chews he makes noise and I have to live with the guy.

yep i do too hate that, especially when my brother eat pears, oh God, that's a nightmare for me, i would punch him in the face and slam him against the wall.

Yes, it grosses me out as well, might be the reason they invented dinner music to cover up the nasty munching on food sounds.

My dad snores while he chews. I can't stand to eat with him. When I visit, I try to stay busy in the kitchen until he is finished...Otherwise I feel I might punch him.

I hate it if they chew with their mouths open, like 1 time at a library, an old man was chewing with his mouth open, it was fuckin' gross.
