Is it normal to hate the sound of something rubbing against carpet?

Whenever something is rubbed against a carpet or some other fabric I get this tingly feeling behind my ears and I just want to leave the room.

    The sound of anything rubbing against carpet makes my teeth hurt.

    i think its normal, my dog will freak out and run around the room or bite your hand if you rub the carpet xD lol so if animals do it i consider it pretty nomral

    Depends on what kind of carpet we're talking about, though. If it's a rough carpet I understand, but not the soft fuzzy ones (I love those).
