Is it normal to hate sleeping?
I have never liked going to sleep. It seems like a waste of valuable time that I could be using to do something productive and no matter how much sleep I get, I always feel like crap in the morning.

thats actually good.if you look more forward to waking up than going to bed, then ur life must be pretty awesome.if you just want the day to end, then your life must not be very exciting
I used to think that sleeping was a waste of time for the same reasons. We're given limited time on this earth and sleeping just seemed to be such a waste of time to me. The problem is that you can't be as productive when you're sleep deprived and when you're fully rested. You have rapid mood fluctuations and stress hits you much harder. I used to stay up all night occasionally, and I would seldom sleep for more than four hours and it had a really big detrimental impact on my mental well-being. I'm not a professional, but I'm sure it's not good for your body. A lot of people aren't morning people, even after eight hours of sleep. Perhaps you could try a morning coffee or something to get you moving.
I only hate sleep when I get tired all the time when I have a busy schedule.
