Is it normal to hate sleeping?
From what I read a recommended sleeping period is about 8 hours a day. That means that the average Joe or Jane sleep 1/3 of their life. In other words, if you were to live 60 years, you'd spend 20 years of your life sleeping.
I know that a lot of people like sleeping. However, I hate sleeping - I think sleeping is boring. I only sleep because I HAVE to, not because I want to. Is this normal?
