Is it normal to hate people sniffing or coughing near me?

when ppl cough near me i shut my mouth and breath thru my nose so that i dont get sick...or sometimes i completely stop breathing and go away.

I really get annoyed at people who cough and sniff. I know they can't help it, but it grates with me so much.

It bothers me most when it's a kid that really shouldn't be out and about but the idiot parents take it to school or to the playground. That's just plain rude and disgusting!!

I thought everyone hates this if its even a newborn that sneezes on or near me I cringe dunno if I'll feel the same when I have my own baby

I get paranoid about people sneezing onto a doorknob or a table or some public thing that I'm gonna touch by accident. I keep thinking I'm gonna catch their germs.

Theres this girl and she ALWAYS has the hick-ups. And its the kind you can tell thats shes faking because its so damatic and i could ring her neckk.

I would too but long as they are not coughing on me. Dont want other peoples germs all over me.

Yes im getting ready for school right now and my little sister who has a cold is coughing like a crazy animal right now. I can't wait to get on the bus! Everything annoys me anyway ppl coughing, sneezing yawning screaming and smacking on food. If i hear my little Sis cough one more time im walking out the door and walking to my school which is 45 minutes from where i live and last night she was coughing even louder and i wanted to slit her fat 14 year old throat

Same here. When people sneeze or cough I tend to cover my nose/mouth or turn my head away from them. I don't feel like getting sick and I especially don't want their fluids to get on me.

yes when i went to the movie a person kept coughing all loud and shit so i left the fuckin movie

Other people get sick. I'm sure they'd rather not be coughing or sneezing either.

Just as I'm sure when you get sick you stay home completely and avoid all public exposure for the duration of it yes?

I hate it!
I can't even go on holiday by plane anymore coz it only takes one person to cough on-board, and I get that germ for my entire fortnight abroad!

I understand the occasional sniff, we all do it, but it really grosses me out when someone is constantly sucking snot loudly through their nose. I used to know somebody that did that and it really boged me out. He used to always pick his nose too. Not just a little flick either, I'm talking about blatant digging 2 knuckles deep. Blech!

True. I mean, whenever they do that close to you, it's like they're TRYING to get you sick.

The sound of sniffling makes me cringe. Especially when kids do it. The idea of them swallowing that snot or phlegm they just sniffled makes me queesy.
