Is it normal to hate my stepmom?

OK OK I know i sound like cinderella and most kids but I am a mom myself with 2 kids. My dad got married few weeks ago to Cynthia .She is such a ...freak. Before she married dad she lived in a bed and breakfast hotel. I know I am being mean about her being poor but she divorced a good and loving husband who was equally very rich . I met him and he is an absolutely terrific person. She is outspoken , rude and very very ugly with red frizzy hair and freckles all over her face and has lost several teeth. She swore at me and called Zain a 'son of a bitch' because he had a wee in her new pants.What the hell? She comes to my house and starts boasting about the fun she has with my dad. I couldn't believe her at first but one day while I went to dad's house and went into the living room dad and Cynthia well...let's just say they where having 'the time of their lives' I dont swear and I am a very polite person but this lady...she...she is a nightmare that one. I keep begging dad to leave her ASAP even though it's not even been a month since they got married .

    How about not inviting her into your home? Your an adult, you can choose who is in your house. Further, your father is an adult, he can make his own choices as well

      I tried doing the same but she told on me to dad and we had such a huge fight but I knew I had to let her in so anyway If i did not I know I will hurt dad'd feelings...besides he's got a few physical and mental problems and if I hurt is feelings I know he will get hurt. Thank you for the advice anyway. Old people these days...

    Yes, i hate my dad's wife. I wish a huge bus would hit her...twice. She has always been bitchy towards me for seemly no reason. And she is very controlling towards him. She is only 1 of 3 people that i truly hate in life. I have no remorse or any feelings at all for her.

    If you already have tried to convince your dad to get rid of her; too late, the cat is out of the bag so to speak. He knows you don't like her. So I say again. Avoid her, but don't try to force your dad to give her up.

    Get on with your own life and let him get on with his. You're not going to win this battle!
