If you feel you may not be taking in enough calcium then be sure to take a multi-vitamin. The Vitamin C with aid the uptake of the calcium you are consuming.

Milk is disgusting! I always have to drink soy or almond milk.

I've never been a fan of milk.

Too much of it can make me gag and I can't drink it unless it's flavoured.

Also, it's a tad to thick...

Milk is gross I can't think of anything worse! U can get your calcium levels tested with a blood test. You can also buy all natural calcium vitamins if your worried about yogurt not cutting it.

Most adults don't drink milk straight up like they did when they were kids. Im the same way. If I have too much, my stomach hurts.

I'm not a big milk fan myself. I usually find myself drinking almond milk

I can't stand milk unless it's in coffee or smoothies. Can't drink fullcream at all, only skim. My naturopath tells me I'm lactose intolerant, but I think it's pretty mild, if it is the case.

I've forced myself to eat yoghurt, can't stand cheese on its own. What a lot of people don't know is that there are plenty of other sources of calcium. I've been told by a few doctors and nutritionists that the amount of dairy humans consume is actually unhealthy.

Good sources of calcium are green leafy veges and seeds and nuts. Try broccoli, silverbeet, spinach (spinach is so yum) and sunflower seeds or almonds (I think...this is just off the top of my head).

A lot of people I know don't like milk, and I don't normally drink it unless I'm really thirsty or I'm eating food that goes well with it.
