I have always hated making out! It is not enjoyable to me at all! I just get stressed and worried what he is thinking or what to do next and just get completely paranoid. I think the only way i can enjoy it is if i am drunk due to the fact that i have an excuse! I don't know if its the guy or me or if i have not found the right guy or if i will always be this scared? Help!

    I don't like the smacking noise kissing makes, whether I'm doing it or someone else is doing it. it's like nails on a chalk board.

    It sounds like you're so anxious over what your partner is thinking that you can't enjoy making out yourself.

    Try asking him afterwards if everything was ok to alleviate your fears. But most importantly: let go. Learn to completely let go of what he's thinking and just take comfort in that you are enjoying it.

    Its okay to get a little flustered about what your partner is thinking, but usually if your engrossed in the heat of the moment you think of nothing else but the enjoyment of making out.

    If you feel paranoid all the time, perhaps you're just not "feeling it" with your current someone? Or maybe you're just really shy?

    I remember being at my gf's house and we were making out and then her kid brother came in. We had a pretty good relationship so the kid jumped on my lap. Damn that hurt

    Maybe you should be a little more choosy on who you are making out with. If you care about a person, it will feel nice, if you are doing it because of pressure or to be in, then it won't. You hate it, because most likely you are not old enough to be doing it.

    Dont let nobody make u do sumthin u dont want to . if they got a problem , then they dont really care for u . a real man will respect that u have standards and that ur nt afraid to say wat u feel !! and u will feel better bout urself .
