Whenever I'm at dinner or watching tv with someone while their eating snacks I can always hear them chew and it disgusts me. I just want to tell them to stop eating or something.
i'm sure it's normal it just means you're really queasy and by wanting to make people stop very pompous too.

That is SO normal to feel disgusted about it! I happen to know a girl who even licks her fingers while eating-Noisely! And it makes me want to bang my head into wall. But may be m a bit oversensitive towards unwanted noise.
Whitetag...it shouldn't matter whether the person is overweight or perfectly healthy; inappropriate chewing is obnoxious and disturbing to others around you. Some people can't help the way their jaw moves, of course, but if somebody is acting a cow then you should speak up and say, "You must be really enjoying that food, but I don't really need to know about it hehe..." You know...get your point across but make a joke about it or something.
I hate the sound of chewing - though not as much as when people speak with their mouths full of food ! Make me want to vomit !

If you really think about it, even when someone's mouth is closed while chewing, you can still hear them sometimes. So what are you going to ask them to do? Not to chew ever? Lol. I kinda find it annoying too, but it's really no biggy. Get the fuck over it.
God I hate that shit. Its really bad when you see a whole family do that. The shit is ridiculous when you can hear them through walls, lol.
