Is it normal to hate graphics design?

I'm taking it this year, I thought i'd like it because I used to like drawing with my graphics tablet, I thought it would be like that. It's not like that at all, instead, it's copying flyers..All the time. Is it normal I hate(loathe even)graphics design?

    I'm a graphic designer and during college, I absolutely HATED IT. Now I love it and can't seem to get away from it. I think you hate the class, not the graphic design.

    theres a big difference between liking something as a hobby and actually wanting to pursue it as a career.

    I'm a Graphic Designer and when I was going to school for it we were given specific assignments that didn't really interest me.. I believe your just feeling limited to your potential..but you cant say you hate graphic design when basically our entire lives rely on it..
